Brisbane Photo Diary | Ponycat Cafe

January 19, 2015

Whilst in Brisbane we popped into the Ponycat Cafe for breakfast before heading out on our touristing adventures. My friend had heard good things about this place and with a craving for eggs, we decided to give it a go.

We each got a coffee and realised half way through drinking it that I didn't take photos. We really needed that caffeine. I had smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and added a couple of slices of halloumi cheese because, well, why not! My friend had scrambled eggs with honey baked ham.
We both loved our dishes and would recommend you giving it a visit. There's also heaps of cool art on the walls and collages on the tables to keep you entertained. The only thing I would comment on is the bread our breakfasts came with was ciabatta, which was yum, but I'd like a sourdough option.
